Hi I have a Hitachi Seiki 20SII with a Yasnac lx3 control. When I first boot the machine everything appears to work fine. If I go to the Maintenance screen I have an Alarm that says, "SYSTEM NO. SWITCH :[4]" see pic. When I try to manually index the turret I get an "AL-14 TURRET INDEX FAULT" see pic. The turret fails to index. I was going along fine running the machine. Ran 160 plus parts and got this failure with 2 pcs left to machine. I think a parameter has to be reset. I can't find anything in my manuals or on the internet describing this problem. Any Help is much appreciated! Thank you very much in advance!

AL-14 turret index fault could be caused by below reasons:
The turret failed to complete an index operation.
The expected turret confirmation signal was not received.
A parameter mismatch, sensor fault, or mechanical obstruction is preventing proper indexing.

I believe I have to get rid of this message before I can index the turret. See pic.

I have 4 machines all the same control, and all start with a clear screen.
I'm sorry the original post didn't show the pic. The file must have been too big.

this is saying your system switch is not set to 0 on the motherboard. Was it changed to 4 to edit some parameters?

I believe I have to get rid of this message before I can index the turret. See pic.
