Putting a label on a part

    Greetings.

I have a very simple part, it is only a cube 5x5x5. Now i want to put a sign on it that says "Warning, hot surface". The sign is an image in gif-format.

How can i put the sign on the cube? It would be useful so that i can see if the sign is visible when the cube is installed in the whole assembly.
And it would be useful for the guy who has to assemble the maschine so that he knows where to put the sticker...

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Andreas

Btw sorry for my bad english, i am not a native speaker...

Start a sketch on the face.
    Insert "sketch text" as desired.
    Close the sketch.
Leave the sketch as visible "right click and select "show" and/or under VIEW turn on "sketches"
