Question Bitsensor board PWM drop under 8,4V can’t reach maximum RPM

    Hi,

I have a Bitsensor usb card connected to a Huanyang 2.2KW VFD. i am able to open and close my spindle correctly and also vary the speed in mach3.
My problem is that I am unable to have the maximum power for my pin which cannot go to 24000. When I test my card without being connected to the VFD, the AVI pin gives 10V at most. if I connect the latter to the VFD, my output at maximum drops to 8.4 volts. my spindle does not turn at its maximum. there is a large drop when connecting to the VFD. I don't understand.

What gage wire are you running between VFD and bitsensor card? If wire gage is too small this can happen

    Hi,

I think my gauge it’s ok. I have 18 awg. When i measure voltage without connecting to VFD, the voltage it’s correct.
