    hitachi ch250 x axis vibration

my 2001 ch250 is getting some vibration on x axis when cold, seems to go away after 30ish minutes. changed bearings on x axis last year after hearing some clunking. size and finish is holding fine. started it up today and anything over 10% rapid trips the x axis overload now. guessing something is binding up somewhere? Service tech adjusted load inertia parameter 2021 (256-> 96) in february that got rid of the vibration temporarly, started up again sept/oct. any suggestions/thoughts??
