Apparent earth fault on a CNC cutting machine

We have a cutting machine bought second hand in the UK, that was originally made in China. There is no wiring diagram available. When we turn the power on, the it sometimes (not all the time), trips the fuse on the machine. The machine also has 2 emergency stop buttons that dont work.
I am looking for a local person/company who might be able to help diagnose/fix the issue.
Below is a link to the type of machine it is:

We are based on Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Please reach out if anyone can help, or knows of anyone who could help.
    Thanks

I suggest you contact the sales which you purchased from .
1 When the machine is turned on, the instantaneous current required may be 2 to 3 times the rated current, especially for some 9KW vacuum pumps.
Is the safety switch on your wall too small? Replace it with a larger one.
2 The emergency stop switch does not work. Is the line loose, the button problem, or the system setting turned off?
3 The early machines did not have circuit diagrams, but now all machines have circuit diagrams

You can check if it is due to the following two reasons:
    1. The switch of the cutting machine power supply is small, and it will trip when the load is large
    2. There may be a short circuit in the main transformer of the power supply, check it carefully
It is best to find the seller of this machine, they will provide the most accurate help.

Thanks all. The first thing I did was to ask the manufacturer. Despite the language barrier, it is clear that they cannot help. They basically said that I needed to find someone in the UK to help. They cant provide a wiring diagram either which might have helped.

Does anyone know anyone that would be able to visit us and take a look?

We have tried contacting the manufacturer but to no avail so far.
We did have a 16amp switch, but replaced it with a 32m amp switch, but it still happens
We're not sure what the problem is with the emergency stops. There is one at each side and neither works, but there is also one on the control unit, which does work, so it suggests its wiring in the machine, not a setting?
