Biesse Rover 24 - ATS (Advanced Table Settings) problems

    Hi to everybody!

This is my first thread but is a long time I follow You and first of all I would to thanks all the community!

I have a problem with an old Biesse Rover 24 L2 (Gold) M.Y. 2005. I work with this machine about from a month and I don't have any installation/recovery supports (no Floppies nor DVD).
I succeeded, somehow, to manage through a fatal HDD failure with total lost of data, but there is still one very stupid thing that is driving me crazy: the ATS (Advanced Table Settings) automatic suction cups positioning with their positioning belts.

The under-rail wires/tubes of the suction cups get often stuck with theis own guides and all the system get stuck: Error AXS 353 axis Wy1/2/3... out of range.

There is some procedure to reset the suction cups position?

    Thanks in advance, Otto.

P.S. - Sorry for my poor English...

There is a special button to make a reset of the carriages (under the pc monitor). it reads the carriage position or moves all the carriages to 0 mechanically. it depends on which EPS table verion you have on your machine. If you have a mechanical problem with worktable you can just do not use it by avoid creating "machine tooling" for your workpiece. than machine starts without moving any suction cups.
