Have you loaded PMC parameters yet? They are located under diagnostic screen. Press DGNOS key and page down to N300. Most machines have N300 to about N500 (every 5th parameter requires to set). i.e. N300, N305, N310 ....N500. If you do not have this information, please contact your local leadwell dealer or CAMPAT Machine tool (Leadwell importer in US) at 800-450-4120.

MAYBE THE VALUE OF PARAMETERS 700 TO 708 IS WRONG, YOU CAN WRITE 99999999 IN THESE PARAMETERS AND TRY WORK WITH THIS, IF THE MACHINE WORKS; THEN RETURN THE ORIGINAL VALUES FOR THAT PARAMETERS. YOU CAN ALSO INHIBIT THE OVERTRAVEL TURNING THE MACHINE ON WHILE PRESSING THE [P]+[CAN] KEYS.

    OT alarm

I would try P Cancel while powering up the machine. If that does not allow you to home the machine or do any other movements, you will just have to recheck your parameters. Parameter 1815 covers your zero return positions, so other axis settings should be around there somewhere. Your FANUC manual should be able to tell you more.

I agree, the most like cause is that there is no travel limit values for each axis, they need to be input correctly, also the reference point of each axis. Simply putting in 999999 and -999999 will I am sure, cause the machine to crash into the axis end positions. Using P and Can will only work if the parameters are correct.

if you get "RAM PARITY" alarm, sould chek the CMOS backup batery. If this is the problem, replace it and restore all your paraneters. If not I don't know. Is there any other alarm on the screen?
