    Where can I find sample calculation of choosing the right ballscrew, linearguide, etc

    Where can I find the sample calculation of how to choose the right ballscrew ?
    how to chose the right linear guide etc ?

    anyone have sample and simple calculation ? i'm not good in math so .. not 100% accurate is fine for me.
