I am just getting started with my KX3 and Mach3.
I am trying to get my post processor going in One CNC. I have worked through a couple of issues and I am stuck. :-(
I am running Mach 3.041 as 3.042 is not recommended and the KX3 comes with some custom screens

I think the issue is with the G03 command in the post. That's line 380.
Thinks work OK till there.
I think the problem is that the post is messed up but I can't figure it out what is.
I have attached the .tap file and a pdf of what I am trying to do.

Are you sure you set the "arc" thing correct in mach3 or the PP. Try looking in the general config screen in mach 3, there is something about how it interpretates the I and J. Only thing that would be weird if this is the problem, is that it showes up so late in the code. Does the code run and breaks at line 380 or doesnt it run at all and gives a error code?

Line 380 is the first time it does and G03. It does not give an error just goes into slow motion and take for every to complete the line.
I include the Gcode and a drawing for reference.

I am sure it has to do the the "arc thing"
Someday I might understand whats wrong.

Thanks, I looked at Mach 3 config and it was set at increment and the Post was set at absolute. Made the post match.
I just cut the part and it worked. :-)
I am now hopefully off to the races.
