We have a Mazak machine with Mazatrol 640M control, from one day to the next when turning the spindle it launches alarm 355, the safety speed limit is exceeded, which completely blocks the machine and prevents its operation, this alarm does not appear in any manual of the machine, nor of the parameters, control, maintenance, etc. that we have, if anyone has information about the failure I would appreciate it, greetings

When manually rotating the spindle it marks ls rpm, you can even orient the spindle...the problem is when you raise rpm manually and automatically it throws an alarm 355...it gradually rises to 10rpm no problem...20rpm no problem ...from 30rpm upwards alarm 355 goes off and the machine is locked in emergency state
