Multicam 3000 Error: "Warning Low Voltage (4.89VDC 0.00 VAC)

We are using a Multicam 3000 with a Colombo spindle and also a knife tool holder. When rebooting the machine from router to knife or vice versa the following error message appears on the handheld controller:

Warning: Low Voltage (4.89 VDC 0.00 VAC)

Cancel makes the message go away and there is no other sign of trouble. Machine works as usual.

Does anyone know what that means or what to do about it?

Where are you located? your getting that because your 5v power supply is out of range it may just need to be adjusted or it may need to be replaced. chances are if its dropping voltage then it will need to be replaced some time soon.

I am located in Edmond, OK. I replaced the connector on the cable to the hand held control and since then the error did not appear again. I guess the operator stumbled across the cable more than once and ruined the connector.

Just in case it does, how do I adjust the 5V, what needs to be replaced?
