Correct Relay board for Mach and router

I have found all kinds of research on how to setup a relay board and router, but not much on which ones I should get.

I have a CNC4PC breakout board, and am looking to get one of their Relay boards. I'm looking at the following:

    http://www.cnc4pc.com/Store/osc/prod...products_id=50

I'll be using this to control a starnd PC 1.5 HP router. Will this relay board suffice? It says it has a 12 amp "triac" Does that mean it handles up to 12 amps?

Also, have have a PC 3 1/4 HP router, will this handle that also? I suppose it will, providing I don't put it under full load.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you look in the manual, it says it's only good for 5 amp devices.

This one can handle your router plus 3 other small devices (5 amp). Looks like the only one they offer that'll work for you.

Thanks for the reply Gerry! I see what you're talking about in the documentation. Should have read that more carefully. it looks like that card is pretty robust and a good deal. Plus, I'm future proofing some with having three additional switches.

    William,
I would email Arturo directly, he knows his product very well and may have suggestions as to what will work for your particular application.
