The specification of the OSP. Check if this control has the feature of tool wear management. This is not a default.

The U100 control only had geometry offsets and wear offsets were a very rare option. Most likely not on your control.
Experience is what you get just after you needed it.
If wear offset functionality is crucial for your workflow, you should explore the possibility of upgrading the OSP U100L control to a newer version that might have dedicated wear offset features.
