Hi Guys my problem is that I want to extrude one shape into another and have them look as one. Example, extruding from a square into a circle over a length of 50mm.
How would I go about doing that?

To my knowledge Bobcad doesn't have that function, unless the newer versions have it. (I'm using V30)
Here's how I do it:
- Draw the two shapes.
- Draw linking lines between the shape as needed.
- Break the shapes at the links as needed.
- in some cases you may need to use the Cleanup/Reorganize function to remove any breaks that are not needed that might spoil the surfaces you are going to create.
- Use the skin function to make the side panels.
- Use planar function to create the top and bottom.
- Stitch the surfaces together to make a single solid.
- Use the Reverse Surface Normal function to correct surface orientation if needed.
I'm attempting to attach pictures.
Hope this helps.
