    How much is a phase 3 convertor?

    I want to start a small machine shop in my garage but only have phase 1 electric. How much will a phase 3 converter cost me to buy?

    There are a bunch listed on ebay. Price depends a lot on the horsepower you need. The rotary converters are usually better than the static converters but the rotaries are also more expensive.
