mkc,
Impressive build. What is your table made out of? Looks like you machined out some 4x4, 4x6 posts. Great idea, I may have to use it on ours. We're using MDF, but I'm always looking for better ideas.
Mike
Hi,
Very nice build![]()

Table top is a cheap method for now. 16mm MDF base with 40mm x 20mm pine timber on edge screwed from under side, then another one laid flat on top and screw down from on top, also pva glued then plain the whole tabe flat.make sure you leave a 8mm gap between rails for your claps to slide back & forward.
New diy control panel for cnc, also built in computer.
Some more pictures of control stand
Very nicely done
How was the ozito router mounted, we usually remove it totally from the frame and then just make an alloy clamp for it.

I have used a couple of angles to mount the router, Im not to sure how long this cheep router will last, so i will wait for a good router then will mount with a alloy clamp down the track.
Here's a picture of my new driver card rack.(home made)
Few more pictures of completed driver setup.
Pulled my cnc router to peices ready for its paint job ,will post completed pictures when finnished.
Hi,
whose plans did you use? I am assuming you would recommend them. Your machine looks awesome.
Jason
built and designed myself, tried to keep every thing inside the machine so there is one machine and a control stand, thats it !!
If you live in perth i could help you with one.
Step1-Design it.
Step2-Print it and cut out.
Step3-laminate it.
Step4-glue it on.
Step5-trim and cut holes out.
hope this will help some one...... mick
cnc mill paint job finnished ,slowly putting it all back together.

Great work Michael...as you know im also a Perthite and i can see now i will have trouble with setting up the electrics side of things, if i throw a few bucks or a some beers your way down the track could you give me a hand if needed with the electronic side of things?
