    1027 APC alarm

    Any help would be nice. I have an 1027 alarm and the manaul states to press reset or power off then on to clear. does not work to reset alarm. The machine was just moved from the old building to the new one. getting ready to call sevice tech. any ideas?

    Hello. Found your post. I just move my machine to new location, now I have the same error.. Did you figure out your error?
