Hi guys, i want to know wich is the best material to make original pcs to later make the mold using "silicone mold" for mass production using gypsum. I want to draw the originals with an CNC (800x800 max cut size, 3 axis that im building)

I like machinable wax for this sort of thing. It holds detail well, and never has a problem releasing from the rubber. I wouldn't machine the (negative) mold; the advantage of the rubber over the wax is that it can flex and release the part. Machine it positive and take a rubber mold; the detail should all be there, assuming you use fine enough cutters and step-overs. The nice thing about the wax is that when you're done making the mold, you can melt down the model and cast another slab for the next part.

If you can't find machinable wax over there, and don't want to make your own from paraffin and LDPE, you can also try machining these out of slabs of gypsum plaster. It's dustier and harder on tooling, but it can work. Just make sure that your plaster's not contaminated with silica; pure gypsum isn't a health hazard, but silica is.
