    Harrison 400U

    Hoping someone can help with this problem.
    Machine is generating a 1033 Spindle speed monitor alarm #6 and I'm not able to find a description for this alarm, any steps to troubleshoot would be appreciated.

    So I discovered today that power to the Mitsubishi drive is cutting out through the K6 relay. The problem happens right during power up so the spindle never rotates.
    The safety relay K12 is dropping out which is de-energizes K6. Not sure what to check next
