Solidworks 3D Help with Loft or Boundary Boss

I am trying to create a heart shaped nose on a sign face. The problem is figuring out the best way to go about this. I have been working it for over five hours and I am at my wits end. I know using a lofted boss with points is a bad idea (because it prevents freeform modeling later) and the boundary boss always has errors.

In the attached pictures I have the outline of the heart on a single sketch and three 2d sketches on separate planes. One side of the heart is flat while the other has an organic and symmetric shape.

Also a second but similar problem is how to do the bird feet, which is essentially a heart with three crests but not symmetric.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
