I have a VMC40 that keeps tripping the CB4 circuit breaker on the 1100-1 board. I got this machine as a 'dead' machine. It does power on when you flip the main breaker, but no picture to the monitor and doesn't respond to any inputs. There is power to the pendent as you can hear the CRT hum and it is a new CRT, and I do have power to the light. But the light for "CNC Power" does not light up.

The CB4 is a round circuit breaker and when I reset it, the machine makes breaths sounds of life for 5 seconds before tripping the circuit breaker again. I can't find a wiring diagram as to what CB4 controls or if I can replace the circuit breaker? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
