The machine sat for almost a year. I MOVED the machine. I replaced the spindle motor. I ran the machine about 10 hours. It crashed (88 HS) mid-program. I re-started the machine. I got a "ERROR WHILE PROCESSING BLOCK ZERO" on the screen. I restarted the machine. It worked normal. It crashed mid-program again. I restarted. I get a 'green' screen with no wording. Could it be the backup battery or other connection? Could running with low air pressure do this? I don't have any of my programs backed up as I have never been able to communicate through the RS 232 port. Is there any way to extract the programs if the board is bad?

My 2001 backup battery shows 3.58 volts.
