I have a router that went out on me a 6 months back. I wired it 12 years ago and when I have gotten around to working on it again I decided to use a breakout board instead of direct wiring to the 25 pin connector. I got a cheap chinese breakout board and found it doesnt work. I hastily cut the wires off the 25 pin connector and now I cant remember how to wire the homes and limits. I have 3 three wire proximity switches, one for each axis used as home and limit. I have them wired to a 24 volt supply normally closed. When tripped it operates a relay that sends the signal to the proper pins. I am using mach3, I cant remember if I am sending a 5 volt signal to the pin. Can someone help me with a 1st grade mentality explanation of what I need to do. Even a diagram of the whole setup would be great.
Thanks,
Tony P
