Perhaps this is already well known but I had a really good experience with Vectric technical support that I'd thought I'd pass on.

Sent them a note this afternoon suggesting improvements for their next version of Aspire.

Got a note back from them a few hours later (on a Sunday) telling me that 3 of my 4 "suggestions" are already in their current version with instructions telling me how to implement them. They were already considering the 4th suggestion.

Great product with great support. I'm very pleased!
