So BCC calls, yet again wanting to sell me more support. If I buy level 3 support, it will get my questions and issues addressed faster than those without level 3 support. WTF is that? I will only have level 1. And I will call and email thru the ticket system until I get answers. I will never expect an answer fast, after all the support staff only know their product, and they really seem to assure me they have no manufacturing experiance. But I think I have finally given up on BCC supporting turn/mills. After all its only an area that EVERY machine tool builder and software copmany is investing R&D, time and money into.
