    need some advise on concrete built frame

    HI people,

    i must apologies first as i have very bad english.

    im building something like this,

    my question is, will the supported round shaft handle the cutting force? i plan to cut some aluminium, may be steel. or it actually wont work? even cant handle light cut?

    if they dont, i will be very disappointing, here is what i had bought
    x axis sbr25mm 64", ballscrew 2005 64"
    y axis sbr20mm 34", ballscrew 1605 34"
    z axis sbr16mm 15", ballscrew 1204 15"
    linearmotionbearings at eBay.com.my Shops
    they cost me 826usd
