We have a 2000 Daewoo DMV-500 mill, it is a new machine to us. We currently cannot get the ATC to do anything. It wont respond to tool change commands or respond at the ATC control on the back of the machine. It gives an alarm 2075- ATC magazine rotation overtime. Where should we start?

That may be an interlock alarm as in one of the prox switches isn't reading a position and the ATC doesn't think it is safe to rotate. I would call my local Doosan tech to come out and fix it.

You should check the ATC magazine rotation at the manual mode, if also can't rotation, may be the ATC control part of the problem.This machine should used the inverter-driven motor to drive the rotation of the tool magazine.
