I was told last week the machines loose about 10% per year from the new price. I was also told the smaller Haas mills are just about impossible to find over here in Germany used right now ... and that people are looking for them. I would expect you can get a premium price for your machine.

Added: hadn'r read the whole thread, I'm glad to see you got that much for the machine. I think the buyer got a good deal!
