Hello, I am looking to quote the following job.

I am looking at between 20-50 parts (of each) I would like a quote per part if possible. The drawings are not complete, but should provide you with the information needed. The threaded portion isn't critical, and is open ended, however a fine pitch is preferred ~16 or more TPI. The bottom of the vessel does not need to be completely plate, although a decent surface finish is desired.

The most important aspect of the pieces is the 45 deg mate. This is still experimental, and I hope that it will provide a hermetic seal up to 600C. If there is any reason you feel it won't work, please let me know. Thanks

Can you allow a drill point in the flat bottoms and if so how much? Allowing a drill point of half the width of the flat bottom will cut manufacturing time and save you some money.

A drill point would be fine, the depth shouldn't exceed 0.5", I would image that would provide plenty of room for machining.
