Graphic problems after upgrading to Windows7

So I've been using X5 on Windows XP for quite some time now and everything worked great. I recently made the move to Windows7 and now I have a minor issue. When I draw any geometry on the screen I can't visually see anything being created, but after create say a line, and then move the scroll wheel, the geometry will appear. Also when I used to pan over an entity, it would highlight to be selected. It no longer does this.

    Any ideas?

review picture and set to this and did you update the video drivers when you upgraded the OS to the latest drivers. What do you have for a video card.
