I generate a program and when i try to simulate I get "couldn't construct a MWbullmill object .(Diameter must be at least twice the corner radius lenght)"
iI am using a .250 endmill and i have no radii .
Was working downloaded update now this any Ideas
No mater what tool or procedure ??????

I am not sure what update you are using, but download the latest one off our website.

There is a problem with your tool information. If you check you tool settings you will see the issue. So you should be able to edit your tool to correct the problem, but your best bet is to use the current build of the V25. There is an issue with the first build of V25 where the software was changing your tool settings for you but not in a good way : (

Same problem on V26. Doing a V-Carve with a profile to cut out a sign. Same error message.

Diameter of tool must be at least 2X the radius.
If that is not it,upload a .zip of a .bbcd file for us to look at.

And don't just slap a /2 on the diameter or the roundoff can bite you in the rear too.
