Maybe others are more knowledgeable than I am, but I don't see how this thing could possibly be made at a reasonable price.

The profile could be made as a custom extrusion, but it would not have all of the fancy radii and fillets you have designed. This would also require high volume.

I don't know what you are trying to do, but it looks like you may be trying to replicate a part that is made as a die casting. At your volume, I just don't see how anyone could make these and have them look anything like you have designed.
