    Unable to open the file. My winzip didn't like it.

    Can anyone else help me convert this to a DXF?

    You need winrar to open that .rar file. Its a free program to download.

    a quick google search will take you right to it.

    I tried Inkscape as well but ended up drawing it out from scratch. I took a little artistic license with some parts.

    Here is a start. Looks just like the picture, you will need to figure out what you want to save and add tabs to hold those parts in place.
