    skipping steps (with video)

    video 1 (lights flickers when it stop and moving the motor (is this normal?)
    video 2 the sound of motor vibrating..


    specs below
    new computer with mach 3 and windows xp
    c23 from cnc4pc ( CNC4PC )
    g201x
    http://kelinginc.net/KL34H2120-60-4A.pdf stepper motor

    power supply is 48vdc

    i even tried tuning the driver all of the way both direction (gain)

    why do you think im getting this skipping steps

    Had pretty much the same problem.... And it was my pc.... Run it from laptop before and changed it to desktop... Installed fresh copy of win xp sp3 and fresh copy of mach3 and its gone.... ;-)

    So it is computer end

    Brand new desktop with fresh win xp n Mach installed

    Hmm will try see how I can solve it.
