Has anybody used a tramp oil filter to extract the tramp oil from your coolant?

I was looking at this product as a possible cure to our never ending tramp oil emulsification issues in our cnc machines.

That looks super fancy, i have always used skimmers. Post up a follow up if you get it.

What kind of machines do you run? Fadal, Haas, manual mills?

I run Haas machines. I called this company today and the equipment they sell is not what I thought it was.

My issue is the tramp oil gets mixed into my coolant so it doesn't skim off. Coolant just keeps getting yellower and sticker each week.

I'm temped to try a full synthetic coolant because they reject all tramp oil. They have other issues though.

Anybody ever try Crystal Clean Aqua Filtration Service?

They say they remove emulsified oil from your coolant, but it is a service. They install a unit and do the servicing of it.
