The shop is coming along, just all the tooling and such to move in and organize now.
A bonus is I now have access to the patio door to the deck and recently ordered a new chair that will fit thru it.
Was outside this week for the first time in 20 months.
Bunch of decking coming tomorrow for a couple ramps so then I can get to the front of the house, I may get to the basement eventually.

Awesome. Sounds like you will have a super shop...with total access. Move that kitchen table yet?

You know... If I lived closer, I'd make a trip over there to help you out for a day! Considering all the work you've done, and help for the community here... I figure we each owe you!

So - who's going to organize! Help-A-Hoss-Athon we'll call it. Call now, operators are standing by.

There has to be some people close who would be more than happy to apprentice and or help. Damn I sure would. It would most likely be the best educational experience going. Right up there with "khanacademy"!

    Thanks fellas,
I've had lots of help from relatives and neighbor kids I float some cash to for the difficult stuff so it hasn't been bad.
I put most things on wheels so it's easy to arrange or rearrange as I get used to it.
That lift table I got has been a big help, makes a nice little work platform too.
This was shot from outside and as you can see I have some actual floor space left.

You could roll them out on the patio on the nicer days. You need vitamin D.

Yeah, I don't want to get rickets.
Maybe I'll put up a small metal garden shed out there where I could paint or weld, hmmm.

Maybe a "Sunsetter" (IIRC) retractable awning? Then use an optical switch for automated operation!

I was supposed to replace the deck roof when I bought the place, had it torn off finally a couple years ago.
Didn't have a good reason to replace it then but do now I suppose.

Basically. I removed the links on my site. He's shifting focus to his programming career, shut down his site and only planned to do it part time.
Said he'd entertain doing kits if it was worthwhile but said lead time would be up to 5 weeks and he'd charge over $500, that won't compete with the Ebay C7 kits unfortunately.

May be you can make some mounting ideas using your 3d printer for the 32 LED Flashlight.

  16. #4716
    That's an idea, thanks.
