How to preserve feedrate setting on exit?

    Hello,

Right now when I launch Mach3 mill profile I have a federate set to 6. For the life of me I cant figure out how to change it. I want feed rate to be 45 as I launch Mach3 since I use MPG most of the time and 6 is way too slow. How do I force Mach3 to save FRO readout of 45 and always start profile with this feed????

GO to General Config, and add F45 in the Initialization String.

ok that worked. Now I want to take it one step further. Every time a program terminates DRO reads whatever the last feed rate was used by the G code. I want upon termination of any program feed rate gets reset to default of say 50 IPM automatically so that I can use MPG with decent response without having to alter feed box again and again...

The simplest thing to do would probably be to add a button on the screen to set your feedrate to 50ipm.
There are no user settings for default feedrates. Mach3 always starts with the feedrate at 6, and since the feedrate is modal, it remains in effect until you change it.
