Hi guys
Can I use this
http://www.copleycontrols.com/motion...pdf/7225ac.pdf
to spin one of these
http://www.emoteq.com/quantum.htm size is a 2302
to max rpm using something like a +/- 10V signal generator
Thanks for your time

It does'nt look like it, unless you have a controller that can supply the Amp with two phase sinusoidal control, and the motor is designed for DC brushless commutation signals.
Also you require an encoder that can feedback the commutation to the controller.

There is a encoder on the motor 2000 line with Halls too
Then you will need a dual sinusoidal type output from the Controller.

I presume 120dgr apart?
That seems an expensive option for a spindle drive, have a look at this.

Also this option does not need an encoder, but will accept one if you want to use an encoder.
I already have the amp; I gave $10 for it; the servo I got 2 for $24
So it's a cheap option
ok, good luck getting th controller.
Where did you get it for so cheap?
The Bay of course
I got lucky
