I get Alarm 1022 M.S.T.B sgn Are not completed. What does it mean?
The lathe is a Takisawa Ex-110 cnc from year 2001 with Fanu21i-T.And we get the Alarm 1022 M.S.T.B sgn Are not completed. What does it mean?
the alarm happens when M, S or T command is not completed. after command is read machine does the function and sends back a signal to the control that the command was successful. if it doesnt complete usually it means electronics fault, but it's also possibly a switch fault somewhere. it depends on if it's M, S or T.
try M, S and T commands separately trying to narrow down exactly which one is at fault.
Okey we have tried it separately with M,S and T command. And they work but just one block, it wont change to the next block. Thats when the alarm comes up. Does the B in the alarm stand for block change?
B is for B axis angle like B120.0 (if you have a B axis). If you dont have a B axis then I don't know.
what happens when you run this program in auto....

Can you run the program with single block on (press start on each line) and does it run to the end?
First when i start the program it goes G0 T0101 and Changes the tool. But when it suppose to go to G97 S100 it gets the alarm and wont run. But when i then start the program at G97 the program runs to B0 wich it says its an illegal adress. i guess we dont have a B axis. But why does it not continue from G0 T0101 to G97 S100? And we have run the program in single block.
Hi Swealf,
Is this your first CNC machine?
Do you know the right nc-code for your Takisawa?
Are there prox switches (chuck) or pressure switch signals?
Do you need a M41/M42 for high or low gear?
Did you ZERO-RETURN the axis?

I have the same problem you had with the Turret on my EX 110 Takisawa.
How did you manage to get the Turret in the right position? Please Help.
