    Good morning

Can anybody tell me why the pockets are always too small with the contour pocket cycle G200 o(around 0,5 mm in X and Z direction)?
The isles are absolutely true of seize.

Is there a kind of scaling factor or is the shift sequence not executed?
I have programmed the contour data in the pocket myself and run it with G41.
Results: all outer contours are correct

    Hello
Are you sure you are in the correct forum?
I only know the G200 pocket cycle from Millplus- so from Heidenhain control systems.

If you mean that one you can have a read about that cycle. It is well in the Millplus manual from the page 203 onwards.

Maybe you could tell me what machine you have and what controller?

    Regards
    Dieter

    @ DJ-Bino
It is correct here. The G200 existed already in PHILIPS control. Where do you think Millplus has that cycle from... as a follow-up controller of the PHILIPS 432 and 532.

Could you display your program here and say if that problem also occurs when programming a contour without isle.
