There are no kits for the rf45 or it's many clones, they vary so widely that a kit is just not feasible. Pretty much the options are roll your own or find a mill that is already cnc'd. bolton sells an rf45 clone that is already cnc'd for $5,898.00+shipping, all it needs is a computer to run it.
