I would use 45 amp shielded consumables on 3mm material at book specs (from your Powermax65 operators manual). While you don't provide any details on what is your issue with cut quality....I can see a few things from your photo:

    - The cut height is varying. The top dross indicates the torch is too far from the material.

    - The pierce delay is too long...indicated by the large blow holes at the pierce point.

Other than that...there is not enough information or pictures to help solve whatever your issues may be!

Thanks for the help, to cut the sheet I'm fine cut chart using shielded with the parameters set as written in the manual, the THC works and the loss of the arc is not always in the same spot, this morning I saw the design file and we many nodes are in the line, it is possible that too many nodes can be annoying to the path of the torch? the air and set to 100 PSI presents no moisture, and the flow constant, thanks

OK....so are you saying the arc is extinguishing? If so:

    - Is there an error code on the Powermax digital readout? If so, what is it?

-If no error code...then something in your part program or machine code is sending a stop command to the plasma. You will need to check that carefully.

-It is also possible to have air starvation at the plasma air inlet.....this can cause the plasma to extinguish. You will need to install a pressure gauge right at the inlet (within about 100mm) and watch it carefully during the cut....if it drops below about 85 psi.....then you will need to improve the air supply.

Where is the pressure gauge located that you are reading the 100 psi on? Is the air flowing at the torch when you are setting 100psi?

For the machine code...you will need to have someone that is familiar with Mach 3 (maybe go to the www.candcnc.com user group). I can help you with the plasma cutter....but if the program or machine code is shutting the plasma off....then you will need help with that.
