NEED HELP WITH CNC PRESS BRAKE

I bought a 400 ton press brake with 6 meters lenght with cnc DELEM DA56 CNC controller 4 axis ( y1, y2, crowning and x).
I got a problem with the bending process.
After ajdusting the press to bend a steel plate (adjust the haidenhain rullers) to both cilinders get down with the same values, i bend normally.
But after change nay drawing or change the steel plate thickness the machine gets crazy. The y1 axis goes down more than the y2 axis so the angle of the bend is different on the left side than the right side.
When i change the thickness the press dont find the point that changes the velocity of the down of the ram. The first velocity (fast) and the second (slow).
The ram reach the plate and dont do the bend. I guess because it dont reach the mute point.
Please i need a great help.

Re: NEED HELP WITH CNC PRESS BRAKE

    Is the machine leaking oil?
Check that the aluminum manifold is not cracked. (common problem)

Let me know if you need parts. I have all electronic parts, motors & valves
