Larry, be carefull - in the photo you sent me, you will unbalance your machine ... what rpm do you wish to use ?
Also, on excentrical turning, machine will get wear faster than normal.Much faster ...So, you need to order special guides and ball screw.
A standard okuma lathe is not for mass production of excentric machining.
Please, you need to take into serious consideration the machine wear ... if you will turn excentric non-stop, you will break it ...
Discuss this aspect with your suplier ...
You will find out how to program it, but also the machine must be up to the task .... this information is from my dealer
Also, one of our machine as new had a deviation <0.003 ... after 1 year deviation got <0.05 ... and was not a mass production machine.
So 1st be sure that what you buy is what you need ... consider asking for an official declaration that this machine can sustain this type of cutting.
After that, you can do whatever you wish.

3) does *.exe works on your computer ? run it under XP
- there are 2 machinig modes 4 excentric up there
- select one and press the "long button" [ > ]
4) just in case, data-buffering-from-PC to machine ?

As deadlykitten says, you will unbalance your machine turning this part. I think you are going to want to mill this rather than turn it. It can be done by rotating your C-axis and timing it with your XYand Z axis. This will leave you with a rougher surface than turing, but I'm thinking it will be followed by a grinding process anyway, so it should not matter too much. Does your CAD system have the ability to perform this type of operation? It will output a series of short linear XYZC commands in order to generate the eccentric path.

hello, i create a movie with the *.exe file at work. Because of the screen recorder, it plays too fast, so please watch it at 0.5 speed.
As you can see, there is a program that simulates excentric movements.
One aplication of this program is that coordinates can be generated.
My approach for your part :
- rough miling, on mils or on multus
- rough turning for coaxial diameters
- rough turning for excentric diameter, using 4 jaws spindle to put excentric diameter axis coaxial with spindle axis
- finishin/grinding exactly how you did it until now
Please, take into consideration :
- you can not finish your part un multus, only by turning, because for finishing you need high rpm and low feeds, and your part is excentrical and will fly out of the spindle
- only way to finish it by turning is on coaxial diameters, and not on excentric, only if your part weight is 5..10% of machine capacity ...
- excentric diameter should be finished by grinding, and multus is not a grinding machine
- only way to finish excentrical diameter on multus is that you need a fi340 at least grinding wheel, and grinding wheel weight must be 5..15& of machine tool capacity, also with step-by-step acceleration and not sudden stop
- please, verify this :
- machine limit load on spindle ( how much weight can it suport )
- live center load
- maxim tool weight
- tool rotation should start easy (0 .. 50 .. 100 ... 2000 ) ... and not to stop sudden ...
- maxim rpm for tool

I need this NC program, because I want to see right, working syntax, because at current moment I can't to write working program and I can't to find this info from official channels!
Local OKUMA dealer tell me that this operation is imposible at OKUMA!!! But as I see at Youtube, this is posible!
