    X,Y 414 servo alarm Axis detect ERR

    FANUC 18M CONTROL. We have to turn the machine on and off a few times before this alarm will go away then the machine runs fine. X,Y 414 servo alarm Axis detect ERR

    Next time you get it go to CNC Diagnostic page and check diagnostic 200 and see which bits are on. You may want to also page down a few pages and see if any other bits are on. This will give us an idea what is causing your 414 alarms.

    200 LV=1 for X and Y 201HCA=1 for X and Y
