    cutting acrylic on your router is a brease. focus on this first, make it without any mis-purchases and it will be a winner.

    Hi mate.

    My cnc router ia very rigid or at least i thought it was...
    Tried to cut some stiff stuff, it damaged the z axis leadscrew (replacing now with ballacrew) and the Y axis steel rods flexed. . Will take a picture when i get home.
