Hello

We have VK55II with seicos mIII controller

This machine is waiting when Z axis operate with G00 if use with G1 then program is operating or without Z axis program all other axis working moving well
Which kind of problem could be.
We checked diagnostic only IN-POSITION MEMORY ON is not turned to off and waiting
program as below

G90 G54 G0 X0 Y0
G0 Z0----------come to this point and waiting like this there is no alarm spinlde is turning and waiting
G0 X100 Y100
X-100 Y-100
M99

Anyone has idea

OK just to be clear, the only time you have an issue is when you want to move the Z in a G0 block? Is that correct?

Yes exactly

Today i checked status monitor and realize in-position memory is ON, it should be turn off, ( have same machine- so compare)
And check 1827 parameter value, all axis 30
I change it to 1100 only Z axis,( any value that less than 1100, not allow to moving Z axis with G00,G28,G81-84, etc) Z axis is moving now

What is the 1827 in-position widht parameter

Can it effect anything?

We have not been dedicated real problem yet

Maybe you need to have a G43 Hxx before the Z move? If you don't have a G43 offset stored then the machine doesn't know where to go. What if you do a G91 Zxxx move?
