in your software you can set the size of the bed then you write it to the laser.
did you load the usb drivers
Yes I did that! It came on one of the USB sticks
There is another USB stick that I have to connected to the PC as I connect the USB cable of the laser cutter to the pc.
Software settings are as I told to do the setup also coreldraw and corel laser are set up but no conaction!
I am getting crazy
The model and de code of the main board are correct in both softwares
unplug the usb from laser then go into device manager and remove the usb port that the laser then plug the cable back in and see if it will find your laser.
Your limit switch is not lined up or working.... Happens to me when my limit gets knocked. Its a proximity sensor and so if the carriage doesn't get close enough to the switch it won't stop. It then hits the end, the stepper looses steps but tries again etc until you stop it....
In case anyone is wondering, I'm the twin of the other gfacer on cnczone...
May be dirt on the edge sensor ... Try to clean it with isopropyl alcohol ...
I think I found the problem
4 seasons pickups: damaged electronic part
The bigger problem i see at this picture is, that there is nothing connected to the limit switch connector ( on the right side of the pcb). Hopefully the signals of this connector are also available at the foil cable ?
BTW.
Where are the limit switches located, aren't they at the upper left side of the table ?
If so the stepper motor or axis directions are set wrong in the controller or software as the system tries to find the limit switches on the lower right side.
best regards,
Walter
