Help please, is there a magic tool to get this to blend. I have all the software listed. I used a neck that a guy made, and designed the head and need to blend it. I have the step file of both, or like this in the pic. Thank you all.

Please specify what you mean by blend? and also share the solidworks models as well
the stp file had errors when opened in solidworks, well few ways to do that, first you need to redesign the handle as it's not well designed where they attach make sure it's just 1 edge attaching the two together and not very odd shaped as it is in the picture, for example the arm of the guitar needs to end with half a circle and the end of the guitar needs to be squared off, After that you can use the fillet feature in solidworks to get the look you're looking for. Hope this Helps

That is perfect, I wish I knew the trick. Heel too please. Here is the step.
How about I give you mine. Here is a STP file with Body and neck.

Thank you, but I already have my style in production, but need my model fixed to cnc mill it.
When I get a little time I will work on it for you.But today is preapring for then ext few days and some customer programming.

Great, thank you.
"need my model fixed to cnc mill it."
If you have one in production,
then the transitions can be "reverse engineered/digitized" to perfection from your physical model.
OR design something different
Been doing this too long
That would be great, If I could scan it somehow and save as a .igs or .stp.
First draw the edges of the surface to be generated.
2nd get the uv surface splines from the neck contour.
Aw, nah this is too tricky to describe via text.
IT is easy once you understand surfacing.
I looked at the model provided, it is all there to do this.

Here is a cleaner model to work with. I tried it all in Catia, Solidworks and Mastercam. I guess I might have to draw lines inside the solid and create swept surfaces?. Thank you for your time.
Something like this. ?
These are the surface normals, and
UV splines and vectors that develop the curves
that makes the solids to machine.
I only know one way to do this surface. (the hard way)
I checked the model provided and want to know if you really want
the radii at either end or a more sophisticates curve profile?

Close to this would be perfect.
I wish I knew the trick. I have the head/heel and neck separated.
I did mine this way heel, headstock, neck contour, the last and trickiest hing is to blend "fillet"
three separate zones in the cad model
so that I can change the neck contour
independent to the head/heel

Ok, thank you for the help and info.
