    I will try that !
    I just checked the ground pin #4 in the spindle plug and it's not grounded to the spindle body ... Should I open the spindle and wire the ground pin to the spindle body ?!

    Yes the 4th pin needs to be Grounded, there is more than one way to do this, but most do it like this, make sure you blow the water out of the spindle before you take the top off, and make sure the 2 orings are sealing when you put it back together

    Your parameters can't be set correct, as you should not be able to run the spindle below 6,000RPM
